假如说我有一个这样的需求：点一个按钮即开始扫描二维码，如果是链接，则自动用 Safari 打开，如果不是，则自动复制到剪贴板。Workflow 就可以帮你轻松实现！你需要花一点时间在应用内制作一个工作流（如下面的截图），然后将按钮放在桌面上，点击就可以自动运作这个流程。

制作你自己的「工作流」

每个人想要简化的流程可能都有些差异，首先明确一下你希望 Workflow 为你做什么，小美简单描述一下它的使用方法：创建一个工作流，在「Actions」中选择每一步的操作，将其挨个拖到「Workflow」列表中，可能要对其中一些选项进行设置，然后点击「Done」就完成啦~

除了直线式工作流，你还可以添加简单的 if 条件语句，上面那个例子中就用到了，并不难呢~

也有现成的，别担心

如果你不知道做什么工作流好，应用的 Gallery 中也有很多做好的，可以直接添加。比如说这个：添加你家的位置，当你到家时，自动提醒你做一件什么事。还有「用静态图制作 GIF」、「自动播放一个音乐列表」……诸如此类的众多选择。

小美写文章时需要用到很多截图，我就制作了一个这样的工作流：自动选择最近的 6 张截图 - 通过 AirDrop 分享 - 删除截图。将这个工作流做成一个按钮添加到桌面，每次截完图运行一下，效率瞬间提升！
