其中指令 pip install增减

RUN pip install --no-cache-dir -r requirements.txt

修改成

RUN pip install --no-cache-dir --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host  files.pythonhosted.org -r requirements.txt

添加

--trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host  files.pythonhosted.org
