如果是 debian 了话，要在 /etc/apt/source.list 加入

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable main non-free contribdeb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable main non-free contrib

安装：

sudo apt-get install binutils-msp430 gcc-msp430 gdb-msp430 msp430-libc
